Questions
Can I see it before I pay?
Every card shows a real example first, so you know what you’re getting. If yours doesn’t come out the way you hoped, reply to the receipt and we refund you in full.
How fast is it?
Your four pictures arrive about 20 seconds after you pay, and the video about a minute and a half later. We email you the link too, so it’s fine to close the page.
What happens to my photo?
It stays private. We use it only to make your card, never to train AI, and we delete it after 30 days unless you keep the card. Kids’ photos too.
How does the yearly membership renew?
It costs $35.99 a year and renews on the same date (if you join today: Jan 1, 1971). We email you 7 days before it renews, and you can cancel in two taps from any receipt. No free trial that turns into a charge.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you don’t love it, reply to your receipt or write to hello@hiwith.ai and we refund you in full.
How do I send the card?
You get a short link (hiwith.ai/c/…) that opens on any phone with no app and no sign-up. Send it by text, WhatsApp or email, or download the picture and the video.
Does it work with iPhone photos?
Yes: HEIC, huge photos and sideways photos all work. Pick one where their face is clear.
