These terms are an agreement between you and Winding AI, Inc. (“HiWith”, “we”) for using hiwith.ai and the HiWith apps. By using HiWith you agree to them.

Using HiWith

  • You must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s permission.
  • Only add photos you’re allowed to use. For a photo of a child, you must be their parent or guardian or have their permission. Don’t upload photos of celebrities or of people who wouldn’t want to be in a card.
  • Don’t use HiWith to make anything hateful, sexual, harassing, misleading or illegal. We may remove cards and close accounts that do.

Your photos and cards

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to make, store and show your cards (see Privacy). We don’t use them to train AI. The cards you buy are yours to send, download, print and share for personal use.

Buying

  • Previews are free and watermarked. Prices are shown before you pay and are in US dollars; sales tax may be added where it applies.
  • A single card ($9.99), the kids’ birthday video ($29.99) and the Christmas family pack ($19.99) are one-time payments.
  • HiWith Unlimited is $35.99 a year and renews automatically each year until you cancel. We email you 7 days before each renewal. There is no free trial.
  • Cancel any time in two taps from any receipt or from My cards. You keep the membership until the end of the year you paid for.
  • Refunds: see Refunds and cancelling. If you don’t love it, we refund you.

How the pictures are made

Cards are drawn by AI image and video models from your photo. Results vary and won’t always look exactly like the person; that’s why you see previews before you pay. We don’t use trademarked characters or celebrity likenesses.

The service

We work hard to keep HiWith running, but it’s provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
