Delete your HiWith account

You can delete your HiWith account and everything in it at any time. You don’t need to reinstall anything.

In the app (iPhone, Android or hiwith.ai/app)

1. Open HiWith and tap Account.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

By email

Write to hello@hiwith.ai from the address on your account (or include a card link) and say “delete my account”. We do it within 7 days and reply when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your account, your sign-in details and your email address.
• Your photos, your cards, their pictures and videos, names and messages. Links you shared stop working.
• Photos you add are deleted after 30 days anyway, unless you keep the card.

What we keep

• Records of payments (amount, date, order number), because tax law requires it, for up to 7 years. They aren’t linked to your photos or cards.
• Anonymous usage and crash data that can’t identify you.

Paid for HiWith Pro through Apple or Google? Deleting your account doesn’t cancel that subscription. Cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings first. See Refunds and cancelling and Privacy.
